This walkthrough uses two real, usable tools:

  • Tool A: WPS Presentation's built-in "Smart Beautify / Full-Text Beautify" (free, already in WPS, no add-in needed)

  1. Swapping fonts but not colors still looks like a patchwork. Color scheme, fonts, and master must be unified together — none can be skipped.
  2. "One-Click Beautify" re-lays out your slides and may shuffle the charts and tables you carefully placed. Always save a copy first (press F12 or use File → Save As to save it as "XXX_before_beautify"; Ctrl+S only saves the original file — it doesn't create a copy), experiment on the copy, and overwrite only when satisfied.
  3. WPS AI's "Regenerate" drops your content and keeps only the outline skeleton. For a deck that already has full content, prefer "Smart Beautify / Full-Text Beautify" to apply a style — don't click "Regenerate." Only use generation when building from scratch.
  4. Button locations differ across versions. If WPS doesn't show "Smart Beautify," search "Design" or "Beautify"; if Meihua Master is missing, check whether the add-in is loaded (is there a "Meihua Master" tab at the top?).
